Digital technologies are game-changing tools that fundamentally revolutionize the process of space design. Our Design Department uses advanced technologies such as, REVIT, AutoCAD, Sketchup, InDesign and Photoshop for 3D Visualization to map out every design nuance. It’s a canvas that helps us collectively define your needs, create concepts with 3D Visuals that display the impact of every choice before it becomes a decision. We see the impact of these visual tools on our projects everyday and wanted to give you a glimpse of their effect on our latest project— Richard Avelar & Associates.
One of our most recent projects was a full build out of Richard Avelar & Associates’ office space (Hub space pictured above), a Construction & Litigation company established since 1976. Recently, Avelar had rebranded and moved from Oakland to Walnut Creek. Our team had the pleasure of collaborating with the owner and architect in specifying interior finishes for “the glass house” —a nickname given to their office for having the largest amount of glass in the East Bay. Each department group was considered independently with their unique furniture needs in mind. We provided high-quality renderings with interior finishings for visualization and used premium products to furnish conference rooms, private offices, open workstations, HUB spaces and lounge areas.
Visualizing technologies helped to transform this space from start to finish in a way that enabled a specific vision to be beautifully brought to life. The images below demonstrate the evolution of a Conference Space from Plan View to Clay Model to Digital Render and to the Final Product!
