STEM Innovation Center at Carondelet High School
We're excited to reveal photos from one of our most recent projects--the STEM Innovation Center at Carondelet High School in Concord! A little bit about the space:
The Innovation Center, is a stunning concrete structure with a combination of cement plaster and brick accents. Designed to be flexible and to maximize interaction among students, this two-story, 18,000 sq. ft. building was built on a 40,000 sq. ft. site. The building holds eight studio classrooms—or “innovation learning labs”—each with sliding glass partitions which allow the rooms to change in size and connect with adjacent labs. The labs surround a central atrium which features a café and a 24’ by 14’ tech wall (interactive video wall).
We had the pleasure of collaborating with Ratcliff Architects and the faculty at Carondelet to select and provide furniture for the innovative open & collaborative spaces in the facility. We also provided delivery and installation. Check out the beautiful space!
