About The Presentation
Building teamwork and communicating effectively at work with clients and co-workers has never been more important. In today's busy landscape and "do-more-with-less" mentality, being able to clearly communicate your message and quickly build relationships is vital.
Good communication enables you to quickly build rapport and gain trust--all which are critical to the success of current and future projects.
Engineering firms recognize that communication is a key skill for success, and building relationships is the driver for getting the best performance out of teams. Yet, we often fail to recognize the most effective method of communication, which supports shared understanding and purpose. This workshop will help you:
- use emotional intelligence to quickly build rapport and trust,
- create stronger messages with more impact, and
- gain more buy-in and support.
