VIRTUAL SAMPLER BIBLE STUDY

School-to-Prison Pipeline

6 - 7 pm CST on Wednesdays

These sessions incorporate Bible study, engaging small groups, personal reflection, and action pieces that will equip you to see familiar Biblical stories in a new light.

Adapted for a virtual setting and led by Pastor Janelle Gayle, with a background in political science, education, social & racial justice, and now a Sr. Pastor in Harlem.

• January 18th: Claiming Justice - Biblical Women & the Voices of Young Girls from Pushout (Numbers 27:1-8 & Luke 18:1-8)
• January 25th: “Powers & Principalities” - Understanding Racism and Systems of Evil and Oppression (Ephesians 6:10-17) 
• February 1st: Workshop on Adapting the School-to-Prison Pipeline Bible Study for Your United Women in Faith Unit
