Leadership Shawnee Class #38 Wraps Up an Incredible Year

Last week, we marked the end of a 9-month journey for Leadership Shawnee Class #38. Over the past several months, this group dove headfirst into learning more about the people, systems, and stories that shape our community. They explored everything from city services to local nonprofits, industry to education, and walked away with a broader perspective and stronger leadership skills.

What made this class stand out wasn’t just their participation, but their curiosity and commitment. They asked hard questions, built lasting connections, and showed a real desire to grow. Congratulations to each graduate—we can’t wait to see how you carry this experience forward in your work and in our community.

Applications for Leadership Shawnee Class #39 open later this month!
