This is Earth School.

Everyday is a school day.

We enrolled ourselves long ago from a space far away.

We were eager to come here to learn and grow.

The goal is to graduate.

The curriculum is simple.

See and Be Love everywhere.

Okay, it's not always easy to remember this

but life is simpler when we real-eyes...

Everything is either Love... or a call to Love.

We are now being called beyond the catchy

'Make Love, Not War' phrase of the 1960's.

We are being called beyond talking, making and doing...

into Being... what we truly are.

If you have followed me for a while

you know that I wholeheartedly believe...

WE ARE LOVE.

Yes, the world is a mess.

Be Love

Yes, horrific wars are going on.

Be Love

Yes, Global Warming is happening.

Be Love

Yes, people are sick, wounded and dying.

Be Love

Yes, there is a housing and homelessness crisis.

Be Love

Yes, politics in the USA and other places are Cray-Cray.

Be Love

Yes, greed, false power, and negative forces are on blast.

Be Love.

Yes, some people don't care, are selfish and have gone mad.

Be Love

Yes, people are addicted to screens and other numbing things.

Be Love

Yes, unfathomable cruelty is going on, and it is heartbreaking.

Let your heart break open and...

Be Love

You see... Love is always a choice.

Each moment. Each day. Each breath. Each relation.

The awareness and action of Love is something we can choose

Even when the world is completely falling apart around us.

If you don't know what I mean by Be Love...

Watch a sunset

Play with a puppy

Feel your heart beating

Sit with the ocean for a while

Look into the eyes of a baby

Observe a child at play

Follow the innocence and spaciousness of Life

And let it lead you back to your Essence.

Because what the world needs now...

is Love... sweet Love

And hey, that's YOU

and me!

The ORGANIZED Corner

This is where I share about my Home Organizing business - a tip or trick,

a client story, a win or struggle as a Soulo business owner.

TIP: Decluttering your Heart and Mind are essential life skills that lead to greater clarity, creativity, relaxation, joy and freedom. One way to do this is through a practice called FreeForm Writing (FFW). I learned about this healing/clearing practice through the University of Santa Monica. In it, you write continuously with your dominate hand for as long as is necessary or for a specific period of time, with the intention of venting/purging anything on your mind/heart. This is done without thinking, re-reading or editing.

It is very important that this be done through the hand, and that it not be controlled, edited, saved for re-read. The purpose of the writing is release!

All you need is a basic spiral notebook or pad of paper and a pen.

Simple Steps to doing FreeForm Writing:

1) Find a quiet uninterrupted space

2) Light a candle if you'd like, and Call in the Light/Pray

3) Set a timer (I am committed to 20 minutes daily for 33 days).

4) Write. Write. Write!!!

5) Immediately burn or shred what is written

Meet my beautiful StepMom, Terri. I first met Terri when I was in my early teens. She and my dad got married during my senior year of high school (1983) and have been together for over 40 years, WOW! They are a great team and are Truly Blessed (one of their mottos and the name of their boat)!

Terri is a wonderful hostess and cook (Granny would be proud)! She is feisty, fun, smart, great with advice, and is highly skilled (and lucky), often winning at anything she puts her mind to.

Terri has tons of friends and is very social! She loves to party and lives life to the fullest. She keeps my dad in line in the best of ways, and she runs Team Wheeler Real Estate and Rentals. She is awesome at many things!

Terri is a great role model for me with confidence and courage, and she encouraged me to be myself and take positive risks in my younger years. She is one of the bravest and most optimistic people I know, and I am Truly Blessed to have her as my stepmom and friend. I love you most!
