A Closing Note from the
Co-Executive’s Desk
As we close out 2025, we want to share a space of reflection that is rooted in radical hope. While we move into the New Year with a cautious and vigilant eye on the systemic hurdles ahead , we choose to lean into the optimism that defines our Circle. We believe that people lean into the upside, and as we look toward 2026, we are focused on the hopeful future of our participants.
This year has been a testament to the fact that our programs work. We have watched young people who came to us "in their shells" begin to blossom through the nurturing environment of our affinity groups. It is a powerful reminder of what happens when we provide the space for individuals to get the resources they need to heal and build stable lives.
Even amidst political tumultuousness, the continued confidence of our community and partners shows the true value of our mission. We are all in this together—through the good, the bad, and the hard work of it all.
Your investment in our General Fund allows us to sustain this work beyond the contract, providing the flexible support our people and participants need to thrive in real-time. Furthermore, your support of Youth Power in Action ensures our leaders can continue to advance the ball on advocacy and national leadership.
