Camp Cinder Offers Young Women the Opportunity to Explore Firefighting


Camp Cinder took place from June 23 to 26, 2025, in both Redding and San Luis Obispo, offering young women an exciting opportunity to explore the fire service. The camp creates a safe, dynamic, and supportive environment where participants engaged in hands-on training activities. From water rescues and hose lays to auto extrication drills, these future leaders gained valuable experience and built confidence. They learned the importance of teamwork in the fire service and emergency response.
