Summer Break Reminders
Summer Break is fast approaching! Don't forget about special  UHS closures and limited hours throughout the summer.

Before the Summer Break, remember: 
  • Schedule needed medical/GYN appointments.
  • Refill prescriptions (before eligibility ends).
  • Arrange travel vaccines/consultations in advance.
  • Note special summer hours beginning Saturday, May 14, 2016 (UHS is open Monday-Friday 8am-5pm with Urgent Care closing at 4:30pm). 

De-Stress on Lower Sproul!
Are spending your nights studying in the Student Union? Or stressing about finals just around the corner? Relax at De-Stress Fest! The ACSU is hosting this de-stress event to help you unwind before finals. Come out to Lower Sproul of May 6, 9pm-12am and ASUC will help you wind down and de-stress with snacks, games, yoga, music and more.  For more information check out the event page on Facebook!

We had a blast talking Tang and showing prospective student all UC Berkeley has to offer! We also gave out plenty of our #BeWellBears for folks who showed us love on social media using the #ShareCalDay hashtag.

Congratulations to the 2016 PartySafe Award Winners
On Wednesday, April 13, 2016, PartySafe@Cal celebrated their second annual "World Class Awards" recognizing individuals, groups and departments that have been highly effective in building safer alcohol and party practices at UC Berkeley.  Meet the awardees  and  check out photos  from the celebration at Bear's Lair. 

Semester-end Workshops
Take a break! Breathe! Be in the moment! In these 60-minute workshops, learn & practice some mindfulness exercises to help you be more calm, centered & present.

Upcoming sessions are Monday, May 2 from 3:15pm - 4:15pm and Thursday, May 5 from 4:15pm to 5:15pm  at the CPS Annex Office, 2311 Bowditch St.

SHIP Waiver changes
The SHIP waiver period is expected to open on May 16, with a deadline of July 15 for those who don't want to keep SHIP for 2016-17. NOTE: to better align with the new campus systems and processes, SHIP late waiver deadline has been moved to August 15, 2016. See details on how to waive SHIP, SHIP benefits for 2016-17 and waiver tips from the ASUC Student Advocate Office.
