Here are some highlights of our work this year that your generous donations made possible:
- Resettlement of LGBTQ refugees from Iraq and Syria
- Shelter for Ugandan LGBTQ refugees seeking safety
-
Funding the first shelter for LGBTQ youth in El Salvador
- Training nurses in Guatemala
-
Safe shelter for transgender women in Central America
- Support for HIV positive children and human rights in Cuba
-
Proving legal services for persecuted LGBTQ people in El Salvador
-
Safe drinking water access for villages in Guatemala
-
Education for orphans in Mexico and Uganda and India
-
Proving wheelchairs and mobility equipment for disabled people in Central America
-
Humanitarian and medical aid for COVID-19 impacted communities
Your continued support allows us to accomplish our three primary goals - to provide humanitarian aid to communities in need; to increase awareness within the LGBTQ community of the need for these aid efforts; and to change how the world sees LGBTQ people by demonstrating our compassion and caring for the world.

Your gift of $50, $100, $500, $1,000, or more will mean that those at home or in far-distant lands will feel the support of the LGBTQ community.

OUR CHRISTMAS MESSAGE REDUX
|
|
As much of the world celebrates Christmas, I write to share with you my hope today and for the days ahead. For many, the past year has been one of pain, suffering, and loss. The pandemic has taken millions of lives and caused much economic devastation. In spite of that, it has also been a year of international cooperation, scientific advancement, courage, and compassion. Christmas is a season of light and hope, reminding us that as dark as the circumstances of our lives can appear, there is always the promise of a brighter future.
At Rainbow World Fund, we recognize that while a single person’s offering is valuable and the collective effort of may possess great power and strength. Our hope is that if each person would do just one small thing that is good for our world today, we will be better off tomorrow that we were yesterday.
Rainbow World Fund was founded on the premise that each of us has the power promote world peace, unity, and hope by helping each other — and that this is our true nature. Thank you for being part of that movement in the past, and I hope that you will continue to support our mission in the New Year.
May today and all of the days ahead, bring peace and understanding to your own corner of the world. Please chose knowledge, kindness, and love over fear.
In solidarity, Jeff Cotter, Founder and Executive Director
