The Media Center is requesting donations of tissues and hand sanitizer. The Media Center hosts students the entire day, to include lunches. Any donation you can make would be greatly appreciated. Please drop your donation off at the front office, marked "Media Center".

Yearbooks may be ordered at a discounted price of $70 until 9/5.

Pricing goes up 9/6 to $80. Don't delay.

Also note, the last day to purchase Senior ads is 10/11.

Attendance Policy and Procedure

  • Absence notes are required to be turned in within 2 days of returning back to Creekside in order to be excused.
  • Notes are also required to leave early or check in late. All students must have a planner to check in late or leave early.
  • Student Drivers checking out early MUST turn their note in to the front office by first period.
  • It counts as a day when a student misses 3 or more periods.
  • 5, 10, and 15 day unexcused attendance letters will be generated weekly and Dean Bundshuh will meet with the students who receive these letters.
  • Attendance will be considered as a requirement for privileges.

The Creekside High School Advisory Council (SAC) is looking for members for the 2019-20 school year. SAC meets on the second Tuesday of the month in the Professional Library. SAC is a mixed stakeholder group of school employees, parents, students, and community members who share responsibility for supporting the school’s continuous improvement. If you are interested in serving as a SAC member for the 2019-2020 school year, please attend the first meeting on September 10 th at 8 am.

Students should register prior to arriving for the event to minimize wait times. Registered participants will receive an electronic barcode that will allow them to share their information with prospective colleges.

October 2019 PSAT/NMSQT®
      Creekside High School will administer the PSAT to all students in grades 9-11 on Wednesday, October 16, 2019.

The purpose of the test is to give all students an opportunity to experience taking a college readiness test and to identify students who might benefit from advanced coursework. 
Students in 9th and 11th grade must pay a $21 registration fee in order to take the test and receive their scores.

Students will receive an Official Student Guide to the PSAT/ NMSQT® through their English classes. This guide contains valuable information as well as a full-length practice test with answer keys. Please visit for more information.

To pay the registration fee, p lease make checks payable to Creekside High School and write your student’s name, grade level, and “PSAT” in the memo line. Students may submit registration fees to the Testing Coordinator, Mrs. Mackoul, before or after school in room 130.

The last day to pay for registration will be Monday, September 16 th .

All 10th grade students will receive a score report at no charge. Your student’s Score Report for the PSAT/NMSQT® will be available in mid-to-late December from College Board. 
PLEASE NOTE: Students not taking the PSAT on October 16th will be supervised elsewhere on campus.

Most clubs are off and running after school begins leading to the Club Fair which will be held during lunches one day of Homecoming Week. Until then, here is a link from our website: Creekside High School Student Life

FBLA’s first meeting of the school year is next Thursday, August 29, at 8:30 in the CHS Auditorium.
The Hugs Across the County informational meeting will be held on Thursday, August 29th, at 9:00 a.m. in Room 540
(10th grade ELA quad).

Hugs Across the County is an amazing organization that works together on food drives to support homeless students in St. Johns County. We also visit the Homeless Coalition in St. Augustine on some Fridays during the first semester.

You receive service hours for participating in this organization! We hope to see you on the 29th. 

SWAT (Students Working Against Tobacco)
 is meeting on 9/5 at 8:45am in room 195. Please join us.
