Focus on the Future: Hamilton's Advanced Manufacturing Career Fair

Hamilton area students and community job seekers will have a chance to find out more about careers in advanced manufacturing at Focus on the Future, taking place on Monday, October 24th at Mohawk College, Stoney Creek Campus.

With partners City of Hamilton, Economic Development, Mohawk College, and the Industry Education Council of Hamilton, Workforce Planning Hamilton will be giving local advanced manufacturing sector employers a chance to interact with students and job seekers to share information on the skills they are seeking for their future workforce.

Those attending will visit the employers' displays, experience hands-on activities, and have a tour of Mohawk College.

Thanks to the participating employers and organizations: Tiercon, Arcelor Mittal Dofasco, Maple Leaf, Canada Bread, Orlick, Adventec, John Crane Canada, Fruitland Manufacturing, Karma Candy, ACS Valves, Mohawk College, McMaster Engineering, Ontario Youth Apprenticeship Program, and the Ontario College of Trades.
