Many of you know that we are selling the Beach Ball Inn off as condotel units. We promised to send an email announcement, prior to listing on the MLS, as several people expressed an interest in purchasing.
Tom and I have asked Sean Conroy, of Stanton Realty/Remax, right next door to the motel, to act as our agent. Each unit is different, so the list prices will vary. Some of you want a little piece of Misquamicut as your own personal vacation unit and others for investment income.
The initial condo docs are not completed yet, however, they will include the ability to rent as desired and the property will still be pet friendly. Stanton Realty has offered to manage the units for anyone wishing property management services. The units are being sold turn key.
As we’ve already taken many reservations for the upcoming season, we are requiring buyers to honor all pre-existing reservations. For potential buyers looking for investment income, we have attached a spreadsheet containing historical/actual income for each unit. We have rented these units year round since purchasing the property.
