Bay County will hold a public kickoff meeting concerning the above-referenced project Thursday, May 25, 2023, at Lyndell Conference Center, 423 Lyndell Lane, Panama City Beach. The meeting is from 5 p.m. to 7 p.m.
This meeting is being held to provide interested persons an opportunity to learn about the project and express their views concerning the project. There will be maps, drawings, and other information on display. Bay County representatives and project team members will be available to explain proposed improvements, answer questions, and receive comments.

Twice a year, bikers, vendors, and exhibitors from around the country descend on the destination to share stories, listen to great bands, and experience exciting live entertainment. The free, four-day rally features over 200 vendors and exhibitors, a bike parade, beauty pageants, poker runs, live music, motorcycle stunt shows, tattoo contests, bike shows with category judging, and much more. Panama City Beach bike week happenings will take place at multiple venues throughout the area, welcoming over 60,000 biking enthusiasts to the beach twice a year. Presented by VBA Design, Hats & Horses is a charity benefit for Club 360, taking place on Saturday, May 6, 2023, from 3:00 to 6:30 PM at Capt. Anderson’s Event Center, 5550 N. Lagoon Drive in Panama City Beach.
