The Run For Education - October 8-9, 2022
We have opened up sign-ups for volunteers!
We are looking forward to celebrating the return of the Run for Education with you and your communities!
The biggest family event of the year is returning to San Ramon Valley on
October 8th & 9th, 2022! The Run for Education is a tradition in the San Ramon Valley spanning 39 years and is the primary fundraising activity for the San Ramon Valley Education Foundation (SRVEF), a non-profit organization that supports and promotes education in partnership with the San Ramon
Valley Unified School District.
Once again this year’s event will be featured in the heart of Bishop Ranch next to San Ramon’s City Center. Race day on Sunday includes a 5K Run/Walk and a 10K. The 5K Run/Walk starts at 2700 Camino Ramon in San Ramon. The 10K starts at Charlotte Wood Middle School (600 El Capitan Drive,
Danville).
The Run for Education includes events for the youngest runners ages 2-6, The Mini Run! We also have the Friendship Run, for students with special needs and their supporters. These events take place on Saturday, October 8th during our Expo for Education at BR 2700, adjacent to City Center.
The Run for Education, as part of the San Ramon Valley Education Foundation, supports the education of all students in the San Ramon Valley Unified School District.
