The words at the top of this message illustrate what it means to volunteer and be of service at Redmond Middle School (RMS). It’s these words that help guide our children to live fulfilled lives beyond getting the best education. But, I have to ask… what example are you setting for your children if you yourself are not acting in kindness, losing yourself in service or adding value?
As busy parents and volunteers, we appreciate the value of time, workload and balance. We certainly want to ensure these values are reciprocal for volunteers, too. It shouldn’t be the same 25 volunteers helping to grow our 1100 children into smart and caring adults.
