Healthy Habits to Help Prevent Flu

According to the CDC, the single most important thing you can do to prevent the spread of germs is to
wash your hands often
: vigorous scrubbing of the hands with warm, soapy water for at least 20 seconds, then rinsing with clear water and drying with a clean towel. Visit the

Coffee with the Principal, Feb. 11
|

Join us for a 30-minute check-in for "Coffee with the Principal" on Tuesday, February 11 at 9:30 AM at RMS. Parents can chat with the principal, Jeff DeGallier, and other parents about various school topics while enjoying coffee. Please check in at the attendance office and get a visitor badge upon arrival.

- Buy bulk for products bought repeatedly
- Skip the plastic produce bags
- Purchase raw and deli meats directly from the counter
- Don't buy pre-packaged or wrapped veggies or fruit
- Buy fresh rather than canned if possible
- Shop at the local farmer's market when available
- Plan your shopping trip with your other errands
