May SchoolPool is Happening!
The Redmond SchoolPool is a program encourages students and their families to "Walk and Roll" when traveling to school! However, due to school closures, SchoolPool is adapting and going digital. While we aren't currently traveling into school each day, we still can have fun by staying active and making healthy lifestyle choices. If you played outside, took breaks from technology, or did school work this week, you can earn rewards and help earn RMS $5 per student !

For May 4-10, fill out the Online Weekly SchoolPool Tracker Form by Sunday, May 10, 5:00 PM to earn your rewards! Each week, there will a new form to fill out.

Helpful Tips:
  • Enter your student's name in the "Name" field
  • Enter any valid email address in the "Email Address" field
  • Enter your student's Grizzly Time teacher in the "Name of Teacher" field
  • Print out this SchoolPool weekly calendar to help your student keep track until your family is ready to submit online!

The above online form is owned by City of Redmond. By filling out the online form, you are consenting to send name, contact and school information to the City of Redmond SchoolPool program.
Show Your Appreciation to RMS Staff! (Repeat)
Staff Appreciation Week is THIS week (May 4-8) and the teachers have told us that they miss their students so the RMS PTSA wants to put together a video for them and we need your help!

Please take a 10-15 second video , photo and/or written message of your student sharing one or more of the following:
  • What or who they miss the most
  • What they have been doing
  • What they are most looking forward to when they return

Email the video, photo and/or message to staffappreciation@rmsptsa.org by TODAY (Sunday, May 3), 5:00 PM to be included.

The video will be shared on the internal LWSD OneDrive used by the RMS staff. By sending a video, photo or message, you are consenting to public sharing of the video, photo or message. If you prefer your child to NOT be in the public video, you can send your message directly (privately) to teachers/staff of your choice during Staff Appreciation Week.

Please check the resources listed on the National PTA website for some of the amazing resources that came out of this tele-townhall.
