  2. Make sure you have submitted the "Diocesan Activity Participation Consent & Release"
  3. Make sure you have submitted the "Digital Learning Guide and Acceptable Use Policy"
  4. Make sure to update the "Family Demographics Form" if needed under Web Forms on your FACTS account. Make sure Emergency contacts are current!!
  5. Get your Safe Environment Badge
  6. Set up a Lunch account if needed. Lunch program information
