Open House for
Prospective Families
Sunday, January 29th from 9-11AM
Please join us for 11AM Mass following the Open House.
Our student choir will be providing music for the Mass. Students are encouraged to wear their uniforms to 11AM Mass to help us kick off Catholic Schools Week in style.

Vocations Panel (A St. Monica Tradition)
We are looking for a few more volunteers to sit on our vocation panel on Friday, February 3rd. Panelists must have completed some level of Catholic education (primary, secondary, or college). Please contact Erica Martinez or Emily Nadaud if you are interested. |

Thursday, February 2nd
Students can wear jeans, school slacks, school skirt/jumper, school shorts, or leggings* with appropriately themed shirts or accessories. Students may wear any closed-toe and closed-heel shoes they choose .*If leggings are worn shirts/sweaters must be tunic length.

CSW Lunch Schedule
K-8 parents will go to the cafeteria to
sign in. Please bring your SE badge
if you have one. Lunch times are listed on the school calendar and on the
school website.
Monday, 1/30: Kinder, 4th, & 6th

Thursday, 2/2: 2nd, 5th, & 8th

Re-enrollment for 2023-2024
Re-enrollment is due by Tuesday, January 31st by 11 PM to hold your child's seat for the next school year. Late
re-enrollments will be accepted on a
space-available basis with an increased
re-enrollment fee.

St. Monica Endowment Trust Scholarships Are Open
The St. Monica Endowment Trust offers numerous scholarships each year to current and newly admitted students. Scholarships are awarded based on Financial Need, Academic Standing,
Community Service, and Fine Arts (Visual and Performing Arts). Scholarship applications and all supporting documents are due by March 22nd at 5:00 pm.

2023 Local Knights of Columbus Youth Free Throw Championship
Who: All boys and girls ages 9 to 14 are invited to participate in the local level of competition.
