Re-enrollment for 2025-2026

for current students is open. Re-enrollment is due on Friday, January 31st by 11 PM to hold your child's seat for the next school year. Due to a system error, the early bird re-enrollment fee of $550 will be honored until Friday, January 31st. Late re-enrollments with an increased re-enrollment fee will be accepted on a space-available basis.

Please do not park in the fire lanes when picking up students during or after school. It makes it difficult to see students crossing the parking lot and blocks vehicles in parking spots from exiting.

CSW Parent/Student Lunch Days

A long-held tradition of our CSW celebration is for parents to enjoy lunch with their children during designated lunch times.

Many parents can bring lunch to enjoy with their child (Chick-fil-A, Jimmy John's, etc.). K-8 parents who have completed the Sign-Up and have a current Safe Environment badge (aka Fast Pass) can go directly to the cafeteria and show their badge. K-8 parents without a current Safe Environment badge and who have NOT completed the Sign-Up will need to check in with Raptor in McManus and then walk to the cafeteria. All Pre-K parents will check-in at McManus.

Spirit Dress Days: Students will be allowed to wear uniform bottoms with a St. Monica t-shirt or a specifically themed shirt (ie. red, white, or blue shirt to celebrate the nation). Students may wear athletic or school shoes with white socks with or without logos. Spirit Dress is not the same as a Free Dress Day.

Souper Bowl of Caring Food Drive

Student Council will be collecting cans until Friday, January 31st. You can bring canned or non-perishable food items. Make sure to grab some extra cans when you are at the grocery store. You can also bring money $1 = 3 cans.
