After School Care Update
Offering the after school program to our Bearcat families is a service we are thrilled to be able to provide. However, at this time in order to maintain social distancing requirements we need to suspend new registrations for PK-4th grade families. Our primary focus is the health and safety of our students and we will resume registrations as space and guidelines allow.

Health Screening Form
Please make sure you can log into the Family Portal. You will need to be able to access "Web Forms". Under "School" select "Web Forms". Then select "Health Screening Form". More information about logging into our Family Portal can be found on the "Parents" tab on our website.

We have a few Preschool families that have to drop off/pick up in both carpool lines. Please let them merge in when necessary to keep all carpool lines running smoothly!

Make sure to join us for some fun prizes. You will also be able to pick up Spirit Store items ordered over the summer! Please note recently ordered items may not be ready in time.

Spirit Store Pick Up
Please plan to pick up your items at the Teach & Treat Days (Sept. 11th & 12th). Hand Sanitizer and gaiter shipments are delayed. Make sure to know what you have ordered. If you recently placed an order, it will likely not be ready by Friday or Saturday. Receipts are emailed from sales@stmonicaschoolpto.org.

Order your copies of the PTO's parish-wide cookbook, containing more than 500+ recipes from parishioners, parents, teachers, staff, alumni, family members and friends. Proceeds from the book will help the PTO continue programs in support of the students and teachers this
school year.
