Speaker: Dr. Kristen Ohlenforst
Date: Tuesday, September 11th
Time: 7pm – 8:30pm
Location: Family Center Upper Lounge Room 201
Join Dr. Ohlenforst for a thoughtful discussion on how to better understand and respond to your child’s need to connect. In her presentation, she’ll review key changes in your child’s developing brain, and how these changes influence your child’s interests, choices, and decision-making. After highlighting current research on screen time, she’ll offer helpful tools and strategies for how you — as a mindful parent — can help your child foster healthy interpersonal relationships and increased self-awareness.
