News and Updates

Homecoming 2024 is Underway!

What an exciting turn out yesterday at the SHS Homecoming Parade and Community Pep Rally! Everybody brought out their Bearcat spirit to the streets of downtown Sherman to celebrate our many student groups and Homecoming court nominees. Bearcat Stadium came alive with energy as the community showed support to our football team ahead of Friday’s big game.

There is still plenty of fun to be had this Homecoming week!

Don’t miss the annual Homecoming Revue tonight at 6 p.m. in the Sherman High School Auditorium. Meet your Homecoming court nominees and find out the finalists for 2024 King and Queen!

The football team hosts Frisco Centennial for the homecoming game tomorrow at 7 p.m. Tickets are still available here. Find details on our website about catching a free shuttle to Bearcat Stadium, and help cheer our Bearcats on to victory!

Sherman High School has an “enchanted” dance planned on Saturday night. The Sherman Ex-Students Association will host their annual meeting and awards luncheon on Saturday. Find details on all these events at the link below.
