COMMUNICATIONS CHANGES

WELCOME TO OUR NEW COMMUNICATIONS VOLUNTEERS!

Dear Shir Libeynites,

Last summer I made the decision to step away from my role as communications director for the shul.  We reached out to the community with that message, and a small team of talented, experienced volunteers emerged to take over various aspects. Our administrator, Natalie Wallach, will supervise scheduling and coordination.  I would like to introduce you to the three people who will also be playing defining roles as we go forward:

Dahlia Klinger will edit the newsletter and the website;
Ilana Teitelman will oversee our social media;
(Dahlia and Ilana will also provide assistance in planning any design changes to our communications vehicles, in consultation with board members and others as necessary.)
John Jakobson will work on various aspects of our communications needs, including copy editing.

I will advise the team as needed, and continue as the communications person for children's and adults' programs as part of the education committee. I will also send out notices about the deaths of our members, or their loved ones, at the request of Rabbi Goldberg.

I'm excited about this next phase, and I hope you will welcome our members as they share in shaping our future.  I hope to see all of you at an upcoming service, and we can schmooze about this, or other matters.

B'Shalom,
Harriet (Eisenkraft)
