Take the next step in your personal wellness journey at Dorothy Rider Pool Wildlife Sanctuary

Chuck Thomas is a certified Kripalu Mindful Outdoor Guide.

He leads, what he calls, “ChuckWalks.”

The walks help people disconnect from the stresses of the world and reconnect with nature.

This August, Chuck will join us at Dorothy Rider Pool Wildlife Sanctuary for a special program focusing on the elements.

Unique stops will help participants explore how they can use Air, Fire, Water, Earth and Space to find balance in life.

Hikers will spend time pausing and connecting with nature through poetry and meditation. They’ll learn to become more present and mindful.

When the trail winds to an end, there will be cucumber water and fresh fruit to help replenish the body.
