Dear Neighbors

Beaver Creek School is still looking for a full-time custodian. If there are any questions please call the front office and ask for Lyndel Kelley, 928-567-4631. Applications can be printed off the school website at www.bcs.k12.az.us or picked up in the main office of the school. An IVP fingerprint clearance card is required and information on where to get it is available at the front office.

A neighbor in McGuireville has reported an attempted telephone scam. The scammer claimed to be representing APS and threatened to cut off electric service if a phone number was not called in half an hour and the bill paid. Fortunately, our neighbor did not comply and instead reported the call and checked with APS. APS does NOT request payment via phone call. Please be cautious about any phone requests for personal information or money.

Coming up this weekend is the Dance and Sing the Night Away at the BC Adult Center and the Fall Star Party at Beaver Creek Library (meet inside, view outside), both on Saturday. On Sunday, we have Succulents & Sips at Emerald Waves Healing. The Halloween Spooktacular and the Haunted House are of course on Thursday. These are followed the next two days by the Annual Fall Arts & Crafts & Bake Sale at the Adult Center.

These are in addition to the meetings and activities listed below. Maybe this is the week to pick out and try something new to you.

Enjoying the best month of the year,
