This Shabbos - Special Pirkei Avos shiur

It’s been several years since Rabbi Elie Karfunkel has been able to spend a Shabbos visiting his family at Beaver Lake. He will, G-d willing, be with us this Shabbos.

Rabbi Karfunkel, the rav of the Forest Hill Jewish Center in Toronto, will give the Pirkei Avos shiur at 5:45 p.m. Shabbos afternoon in the Beis Medresh. His shiurim combine fascinating insights into the Mishnayot and inspiring stories linked to the Mishnayot.

The Forest Hill Jewish Center website calls him exuberant and infectious. If you’ve heard him speak in the past, you know that’s on target.

We call him part of the Beaver Lake family and we look forward to his shiur this Shabbos.
