our newest shareholders

Mendy and Deena Segal are excited to finally have a piece of paradise! Their 3 girls Emily (21) Caroline (17) and Gabriella (14) have grown up enjoying their summers in Beaver Lake. You will find Caroline at the pool as she is lifeguarding and Gabriella will be a CIT. The Segals bought B-05.

Yael & Elnatan Rudolph are our newest shareholders. They bought E-07. They live in Teaneck, NJ. Elnatan is a lobbyist in Miami, FL. Yael is a stay at home mom. They have 5 children, Jordana 18 (finishing 12th grade at SAR, going to Harova next year), Howie, 16.5

(finishing 10th grade at Frisch), Sarena 14 (finishing Yavneh & going to Frisch), Makayla finishing 3rd grade and Brielle is turning 4 this summer.

10 years ago, we began a plan to substantially and significantly upgrade our infrastructure and facilities to be world class. 

We continue to make Beaver Lake greater!

So what can we expect this year?

Upper tennis courts have been renovated to accommodate both a stand alone tennis court and two pickleball courts. These courts are available for evening play as they have full lighting.

Actually, many of our play areas have been enhanced

We would like to acknowledge and thank our newest Beaver Lake employee, Tzipora Weber, for putting our website together. We will see much more of Tzipora over the summer as she is now formally "assistant Operations Manager" reporting to Moishy.

Beaver Lake Day Camp is buzzing with excitement as we welcome back Yael Elias as our Camp Director! Joining her this summer is Morah Dassi King and her family. Dassi, a seminary morah, brings a wealth of experience as a former head counselor and head of specialty activities. We're also thrilled to introduce Aim Bayit Meira Efraim and her family. Meira, who has been a shlicha at Camp Yavneh and is currently an educator in Israel, is eager to join our team.

This year, we've partnered with the Jewish Agency to bring on three incredible Shlichot who will lead our Rink 3/4s program (aka the Cage), Torah learning, and specialties. Each shlicha comes with a rich background of experience and knowledge, and we can't wait to welcome them into the Beaver Lake community. Get ready for an unforgettable summer!

We thank our camp committee chair and board member, Amy Zide, for providing amazing support to Yael and making this the best camp season ever.

Ayelet Elias is excited to run the concession this summer. She hopes to build on last summers success. New plans include extending concession hours to include motzei shabbos, and a new initiative where homeowners can preorder freshly baked challah for Friday afternoons.
