Dear Waiting List Members of Becketwood:
This letter is to inform you that Unit #253, a Brentwood style Unit, is coming on the market. This is a 1 Bedroom, 1 Bathroom home on the second floor. Here is a detailed data sheet containing more information about the unit. Please see the attached video above as well.
Everyone on the Waiting List will receive this email, whether Future or Ready to Buy. If you are Future, you DO NOT need to reply to this email.
The deadline for responding is end of the day
Friday, September 27th.
The week following the deadline, an email will be sent out to you confirming your YES response. Be sure you get a confirmation from us if your response is YES. If we do not receive a response from you, it will be marked as a “no, not interested” response.
If you are interested in the Unit, we will call you in order of priority to offer you a chance to see the Unit and a make an offer if you choose. We will do our best to answer any questions you may have by phone or email first.
