That is the message and the purpose of a new weekly Meetup group I have started where we will explore the world of homeopathy, cell salts, Bach Flowers and more in a casual, interactive way. Learn to confidently treat yourself, your family and your pets with proven winners from the world of safe and effective natural medicine. Guest speakers will be invited to share their special expertise, and my regular co-host for this venture is retired naturopath Kathleen Morton, a true font of information (and a lot of fun!).

I have been amazed at the popularity of this topic - in just 2 weeks, we have over 30 members online! It's free to register with the group and you'll receive notifications of what our topics will be, and comments after the sessions. I think it's really great that science has a way of actually seeing and measuring what homeopaths have always known: that we are carrying the imprint of not only our genetic heritage, but also of emotions and trauma that our ancestors experienced. In case you were wondering, homeopathy can fix this too.

New Waterloo Office!

I'm so pleased to be moved in to my new rather fancy office space at Healthy Foods and More! I will be there every Tuesday and selected Saturdays for client appointments.

In an effort to ensure that quality natural healthcare is available to everyone, I am offering "Turbo Treatments" on my Saturdays there. A 20-minute appointment is only $40, and that includes one homeopathic or other custom selected remedy. This is a great chance for newcomers to see how effective holistic care can be - encourage your friends to try it out!

You can download an app called MindBody Connect and when you find me by searching my name, you will be able to book and even pay right from your phone!
