Cascadians,

As Cascadia prepares to launch the OCHIN Epic Electronic Health Record (EHR) across all behavioral health programs, we are recruiting excited and motivated employees to be the first to train, coach, and champion the Epic EHR for behavioral health.

If you’d like to be among the first, continue reading and learn more about how to become an Epic Super User!

What do I have to do?

Along with learning the hard skills to navigate Epic like a pro, you’ll also work with project leaders to help facilitate the transition across the agency. But it’s not just about learning a new system, it’s about championing Cascadia’s innovations and dedication to client outcomes, community health, and integrated care.

As an Epic Super User, you will:

  • Attend 2-3 days of in-depth Epic training
  • Coach and support staff through training, “dress rehearsals,” and go-live
  • Be an enthusiastic member of a one-time cohort of Super Users

Super User Requirements

Becoming a Super User is simple. You must:

  • Be available for on-site support at various points (e.g. training, go-live, etc.)
  • Enjoy learning
  • Value helping others
  • Embrace change for positive outcomes
  • Leadership will work to ensure those selected to be a Super User have capacity to take part in all required activities tasks and events.
