Qsource is Indiana's Medicare QIN-QIO

Designated as a Quality Innovation Network-Quality Improvement Organization (QIN-QIO) for Indiana, Qsource is contracted by the Centers for Medicare & Medicaid Services (CMS) to improve quality and achieve better outcomes in health and healthcare, at lower cost, for the patients and communities we serve.

The QIN-QIO Program is one of the largest federal programs dedicated to improving health quality at the local level. Qsource has served as a Medicare contractor since 1973.

Qsource brings healthcare providers, stakeholders and patients together to achieve national health quality goals and improve the quality of healthcare for everyone in Indiana.

We help to address some of Indiana’s most pressing needs by connecting people at the local level to learn from each other, use data to drive quality improvement and help everyone be active participants in their healthcare.

We support providers so they can stay on top of frequently changing guidelines. We also help our clinicians navigate value-based payment programs to minimize burden and optimize Medicare reimbursement for services.

We have the expertise and proven interventions that will help you meet your quality goals. Let us help you better serve your patients and improve overall community health.

We provide our services free-of-charge to our collaborating providers, so you will not incur any charges for use of our staff and resources.
