On behalf of the Office of First-Year and Transfer Programs, we are so excited to welcome you to campus this fall! We understand that your Orange experience is not beginning the same way you planned, but we are eagerly preparing for your arrival this fall. Your Becoming Orange journey begins with this newsletter. 

Throughout the summer, you will receive a Becoming Orange newsletter from our office which will share important information. Please review the previous newsletters that have been sent so far this summer. You can expect Becoming Orange newsletters each Friday in your SU Email (@syr.edu).

Housing
Beginning at 5pm on June 23

To apply for on campus housing, please go to MySlice -> Student Services -> Housing and Meal Plans. When you get to your self-service screen, click on the tab "Applications & Forms." There, you will find the first-year on-campus (Fall 2020) online housing application. Housing and roommate assignments will be sent to your SU Email by July 15, 2020.

All first-year students will receive communication from their school/college regarding your First Term Enrollment Selection (FTES) process.

English Language Placement Exam
Registration Due: June 30
