Trinity Episcopal Church

Trinity Episcopal Church is located on Main Street in Bridgewater and was founded in 1747. The church was constructed in 1748 under the direction of Worcester architect Stephan Earle and was built on land donated by Samuel Edson.

In 1836, the original church was taken down and was rebuilt at the location where the church still stands. The total cost of the church when it was consecrated in 1884 totaled $8236.12, which was inclusive of land, labor and furnishings.

In collaboration with Bridgewater Communities for Civil Rights and Bridgewater State University, we present a three-part series on Aging and Social Justice.
