Fall is here, which means sweater weather (soon), football season, and possibly most important, TAILGATING.  Let's be honest, for some fans football isn't the real sport - tailgating is. Make every gameday a win and add beef to your grill! We've got your football schedules, beef tips, and delicious recipes all in one place just for you. That means less time searching for recipes, more time cheering on your favorite team (or dominating at corn-hole).

Good Grubbin'
It's not always good to pick favorites, but this is one of our all-time favorite grilling recipes! The flank steak is an often overlooked cut of beef that will give you a lot of bang for your buck. Marinate overnight in balsamic vinegar, olive oil, fresh basic, Dijon mustard, garlic, and a dash of sugar to tenderize and boost that beefy flavor we all love. Slice up and serve  alongside your favorite grilled veggies or fruits. Mmm, delicious! 
Citrus-Marinated Beef
and Fruit Kabobs
Add a little sweet to your savory and bring some color to this weekend's tailgate party! Cubes of Top Sirloin are marinated for flavor in a mixture of fresh-squeezed orange juice, orange peel, cilantro and smoked paprika. Grilled alongside skewers of watermelon, peaches, and mango, these kabobs are a refreshing and delicious.
