As we're coming off the spirit of Thanksgiving and the joy of celebrating the good things in life with family and friends, we want to take a moment to share our appreciation for our FAMILY.

At the WORTH Center, there are individuals whose unwavering dedication, no matter what challenges they face personally or professionally, consistently elevates our mission and operations. Two perfect examples of this commitment are Mr. Miller and Ms. Hughes.

Mr. Miller joined the WORTH Center in February 2023 as a Resident Specialist and has since risen to the role of Senior Resident Manager. His passion for helping residents and working alongside a great team shines through in his words:

"I really enjoy working at the WORTH Center. I love getting to know and help all of the residents and working with a great team."

Ms. Hughes, who has been with the WORTH Center for nearly six years as a Resident Specialist, exemplifies what it means to lead with heart:

"I really enjoy the people. Working with my coworkers. I always tell them, 'Have a heart for your job and be willing to help out without being asked to do so.'”
