Greetings, Talie Jane Family,

As we welcome summer and look ahead to celebrating the 250th anniversary of our country, we’re excited to share what’s new at Talie Jane Interiors.

We’re incredibly honored to once again be recognized among the Top Mountain Designers by Mountain Living Magazine for the fifth time! The ML List is a highly curated annual directory celebrating the leading interior designers, architects, builders, and landscape professionals shaping the Mountain West, and we are proud to be included among such inspiring talent.

Meanwhile, the Talie Jane Interiors and Construction teams have been hard at work, and our project calendar is filling quickly. If you’ve been dreaming about a remodel or redesign, now is the perfect time to reserve your spot.

In this issue of Bespoke, we’re exploring the art of timeless design versus passing trends, uncovering what’s truly worth the investment, sharing the design “rules” we intentionally love to break, and guiding you through the phases of the interior design process.

You’ll also meet Natalie, our in-house cabinetry designer extraordinaire. Her creativity, expertise, and passion for thoughtful design make her an invaluable part of our talented team, and we can’t wait for you to get to know her.

A heartfelt thank you to everyone who joined us for our recent workshops. We’ve loved gathering together to explore the latest in tile and stone trends in April and discover the secrets behind creating a dream spa bath, and even craft custom bath bombs and soaps along the way in May.

We were especially proud to partner with Vista Rise Collective (formerly Live Violence Free), a local organization dedicated to building a violence-free community through education, advocacy, and support for those affected by domestic violence, sexual assault, and child abuse at our June event. Thanks to the incredible generosity of our community and the businesses who donated to our silent auction, we raised more than $6,600 in support of their mission.

Design Rules I Break On Purpose (and why)

Interior design is full of "rules" like don't mix metals, keep ceilings white, match your furniture, and avoid dark colors in small spaces. But some of the most beautiful homes come from knowing when to break those rules.

Get to Know Us...Natalie Ann

Natalie is a Kitchen and Bath Designer with over 20 years of experience creating beautiful, functional spaces tailored to each client’s lifestyle. She earned her BSD in Interior Design from the University of Nebraska and has built her career helping homeowners bring their ideas to life through thoughtful planning and creative problem-solving.

She specializes in smart space planning and out-of-the-box solutions that make kitchens and bathrooms both practical and inspiring. Natalie believes great design starts with understanding how people live in their homes and works closely with clients to create spaces that feel personal, natural, and timeless.

What Natalie enjoys most about her work is the collaborative process, working closely with clients to transform ideas into spaces that feel natural, personal, and timeless.

Outside of work, Natalie enjoys kiteboarding, yoga, and traveling the world with her family, drawing inspiration from the places and cultures she discovers along the way.
