A PLACE OF EXCELLENCE IN EDUCATION

San Diego Safari Park

Each year our IB Enviornmental Science and our IB Biology students have the opportunity to visit the San Diego Safari Park.  This is their opportunity to have hands-on experiences that apply the principles of the classroom.  The students had a great time despite the 90-degree weather.  Thank you to Mrs. Appenrodt, Mrs. Bawaney, Mrs. Welch, and Mrs. Castello for providing this valuable learning experience for our students.  #sonorastrong #beholdblueandgold

We Are Proud of You

Thank you to everyone who came out Saturday evening to support our Volleyball Team.  They competed gallantly against the Regents of La Renia High.  We are so proud of the heart that our Raiders had not only last night but this whole season.  It is just something about how we come together for a common cause that is unique to members of the Raider Family. #beholdblueandgold #sonorastrong

Attention Seniors!

College can be expensive. Whether you are thinking of applying to a 4-year college, attending a community college, or a Trade school, all Seniors are encouraged to apply for Financial Aid.  The Free Application for Federal Student Aid (FAFSA) and the California Dream Act Application (CADAA), is now open.

Not sure which application is for you?

What is the difference between the FAFSA and the CADAA? Students should only complete one of the applications (not both), according to the citizenship requirements below:

The heart of Sonora Raider cannot be underestimated.  Our football team fought hard against our cross-town rivals, yet fell short.  The scoreboard though is not the whole story.  The effort and the heart of the students on the field was larger than life.  Thank you students and coaches for showing us what the heart of a Raider is all about.  #ourway #beholdblueandgold
