Unison Prayer
Living Word, and shining Sun of God,
It is within your presence we see the face of holiness.
Overshadow us with your power and grace,
so that we may keep your commandments,
and speak your truth with courage and love;
all for the dazzling glory of your holy name.
Amen.

The Scriptures for next week are:
Genesis 9:8-17
1 Peter 3:18-22
Mark 1:9-15
Before and during worship, the page numbers for the scripture will be on the screens if you choose to read from the pew bibles. The reader may be reading from another translation. I would encourage you to listen as it is being read, and perhaps read the verses before service begins.

Mission Giving for February
Our missional giving for February will be given to support the good work being done through the Adult and Teen Challenge rehabilitation services in Brainerd. Many families have been touched by the pain of addiction, and so feel a personal connection to the work of this place.
Please make a note on your gift if you want it designated to the monthly
missions, thank you!
We will soon begin talking about and collecting food for the annual Lenten/March food drive.

It is time again to think of the weather when we decide to come to church for worship or activities. Please always make good personal choices for yourself. If a decision is made to cancel worship on a Sunday, we will post the information on our Facebook page, website, and an email will be sent. If you are part of a small group, please check with your group leader to see if you are meeting if there is any doubt.

If you have something that should be added to this newsletter from your group or mission, please speak with Pastor Jen or email the details to her at [email protected]. The E-Grace is generally completed by noon on Thursdays, so articles need to be received by Thursday 10am at the very latest.
If you wish to connect with me directly and it is not an emergency, please know that I will respond as needed during pretty regular office hours. I am generally in the church on Tuesday, Wednesday and Thursday, from at least 10-1, call the office to be sure, as my weeks may vary. I check my emails frequently throughout the day, and this is the best way to contact me. Friday is my day off as needs allow.
