Believing Your Way To Success

We listen to many people talk about the challenges of selling a house these days -- Canadian exchange rates, the difficulties of getting loans approved, the lack of inventory, etc. But you know what? Some realtors are selling and closing deals just as much as they always have. Why? Because they fully believe in their ability to do so.

Success often depends as much upon our ability to believe in ourselves as it does in our effort to do the work necessary to achieve the goals we set for ourselves. When we consistently put one foot in front of the other and work our plan, success is nearly a given.

In order to maintain our enthusiasm about our ability to reach our goals is to eliminate all sources of negative input.  About six years ago, we turned off the news because it was full of fear-mongering and we didn't want to allow that negativity into our consciousness. Instead, all the reports of the poor economy were ignored and we continued to market, network, and to work our plan for Executive Errands.

We believed so firmly in our ability to be successful, that when we met other people at networking events and they asked 'how's business?' our standard response was 'Oh my gosh! It's so GREAT!'.... and we said that whether it was or it wasn't. And you know what? It was. Our company grew every year all through that time of bankruptcies and foreclosures.

And just like we did, there were many, many realtors who were still selling during that time.

When it comes to creating success, believe in yourself. Do not listen to naysayers. Speak your own truth and be authentic....

Separation Anxiety

Do you ever find you and your buyers getting attached during the sales cycle? They often come to rely on you for support that goes beyond the scope of the sale and you get so close they turn into more than clients, they are now friends.

Do you find they ask for your help for all sorts of tasks outside your purview? And then, when escrow closes, you really need to move on to your next listing because that's how you make your living but you've gotten so close to the buyer you feel a sense of separation anxiety? Or they do?

Or sometimes they don't, and instead, continue to expect the same level of attention you provided during that whole sales cycle which can often become a physical and emotional drain for the conscientious realtor.

Either way, the end of escrow can be tricky. Now there is a way to ease the transition from home buyer to home owner. You can transition them to us, here at Executive Errands and we'll continue to provide the same level of customer service you did during the sales cycle.

We can help your clients turn their new house into a home. And, more importantly, we'll make sure they come back to you if they ask us about selling their home at some point in the future. (This happens a lot too)

Don't forget, we have no realtors on staff, we don't do property rentals and we believe in honoring our sponsors so you can refer to us with confidence.

Consider transitioning your clients to Executive Errands Lifestyle Management and Concierge service. We'll make you look good!
