The global economic and political environment is changing dramatically. IPAs will need to change their business models and, in some cases, reinvent themselves to continue delivering value.

COVID-19, Will the functioning of labor markets permanently change after the pandemic?

Sanitary measures taken to contain the pandemic have affected the functioning of labor markets in unexpected ways. For example, part of the workforce has access to digital tools that allow them to continue working remotely. Until a few weeks ago, this was not possible in many companies, in other cases, workers are likely to be fired.
Many firms will reduce their labor force, and they will try to operate with the minimum to stay on business. The measures that must be adopted during recovery, such as social distancing at work, will also affect employment.

Food Insecurity has become a crisis for several nations - especially for low to middle income regions. The socioeconomic disenfranchisement creates a marginalization regarding accessibility, affordability, and quality; leaving the clear majority to settle for G.M.O. processed foods. The lack of affordability, and in-access to fresh fruits, vegetables, and Whole Foods, are the catalyst to the many food related diseases prevalent in America - especially the United States. Contributing towards a solution to this disparity, SHINC has developed "The Green Canopy Project."
