Bellanina
Day Spa and Institute Announces New
Partnership
Bellanina Day Spa opened in Ann Arbor 13
years ago. Nina Howard, its founder and president is now pleased
to announce that Kathryn Winkelhaus-Myers has joined the businesses
as an equal partner and the new CEO.

Myers.
Kathryn is a graduate of the
University of Michigan, Ann Arbor and has a strong business
background spanning over thirty years. She has held many senior
leadership positions including President of Border's Group Stores
and most recently, Chief Operating Officer of Learning Care Group,
Inc. of Novi, a large education services company located in 37
states.
Nina Howard adds, "Kathy's strong

In thirteen years, Bellanina Day Spa's
concept of wellness, spa, and art coming together in one facility,
has surpassed all expectations in offering its customers a wide
range of wellness experiences, proprietary skin care and
anti-aging products and its exclusive Bellanina Facelift Massage
with revenues exceeding $1 million. In 2002, Bellanina purchased
the Belav� Institute from its creator, the renowned Belle
Tuckerman, and relocated it from California to Ann Arbor. The
world-class skincare training for estheticians and massage
therapists around the United States has been part of the Bellanina Day Spa and
Institute family.
Nina, currently the CEO, will now
assume the Chief Creative Officer title as she works to develop the
company's educational offerings and product lines. Both Howard and
Myers have plans to expand
the Institute's national training and distribution.
