Community Manager Luke Kenzik Accepts New Role within CCMC
After four years serving as Belterra’s community manager, Luke Kenzik will pursue a new opportunity with CCMC as community manager at Babcock Ranch, a large-scale master planned community with up to 19,000 homes outside of Ft. Myers, Florida.
Belterra thrived under Luke’s leadership. He further strengthened relationships with homeowners and enjoyed operational successes, such as reducing delinquent accounts down to 1.5% percent and increasing reserve funding by 50%. More than $700,000 worth of reserve and capital projects were completed under his direction, including fitness upgrades, a complete internal remodel of the recreation center, outdoor pool improvements and finalization of the rec center future phased capital projects. Luke was able to scale the staff and add two new full time positions at Belterra to better serve the community and residents as it builds out to 2,000 homes or approximately 7,500+ residents.
Under his leadership, the community expanded its Lifestyle programming by increasing monthly average event attendance from 300 to 700 within four years. The number of registered users on the Belterra Blast has more than doubled with over 3,100 subscriptions. In four years (working with Lifestyle Director/Welcome Committee/Volunteers), Belterra averaged $1,000 worth of donations per year for the Dripping Springs Helping Hands Food Bank, Toys for Tots and Brown Santa charities. 
Luke has left his mark on the Belterra community and team through his high level asset & project management, service-first mindset, and commitment to serving homeowners. He will now have the opportunity to do so in his next leadership role.

You can decorate your ornament using markers or paint, and draw or write what your household is grateful for this 2020 holiday season.

Then, choose a tree at The Retreat at San Saba to hang your grateful ornament from, and join in the season of giving thanks.
Rudy - Outdoor Movie
November 20th
We could all use a "feel good" film! Join us for an outdoor movie, showing Rudy at the Rec Center field, this Friday, November 20th beginning at 5:30pm. Movie will begin right when it gets dark. Popcorn & candy will be provided. 
Coffee Sips
Saturday, November 21st
A "brew-tiful" morning awaits you this Saturday, November 21st at 9:00 am, you can learn to taste coffee like the pros with Greater Goods Coffee!

Register for this event by 8:00 am on November 19th, and purchase your $20 ticket.

You'll receive a porch delivery of three different coffees, a flavor wheel, and an invitation to a private Zoom tasting room. Participants should supply their own mugs, spoons, and hot water.

Alongside a coffee educator, you'll learn where coffee comes from, how it's roasted, and how to "cup".

Holiday Craft Fair

Calling all crafters! Join us for our 2nd annual Holiday Craft Fair to shop quality arts and crafts and enjoy the holiday spirit; for local artisans and crafters to showcase their handmade or invented items. If you are interested in setting up a showcase, sign up here and send to Ashlyn. 
Important notes about participating in Belterra events:
  • Masks are required while visiting the Management office, and attending events.
  • Persons in high-risk groups are encouraged to take the necessary precautions prior to participation, including consulting their physician.
  • If you have symptoms, have been in contact with others who have tested positive, or have tested positive for COVID-19 yourself, you should not participate in Belterra events. It is recommended that you self-quarantine for at least 14-days.
  • All residents participating in Belterra events are required to abide by social distancing requirements and are strongly encouraged to bring sanitizer and other personal protective equipment as necessary. 
  • Residents participating in Belterra events should familiarize themselves with CDC Recommendations for protecting themselves and others.
