Dear Ben Franklin Families,

Thanks to all the families that were able to make our Open House/Literacy Night. I hope you had a nice time seeing out building and learning about your child's classroom.

Further, I would like to thank the generosity of our families who helped us raise money to support Mrs. Langerock, who is on leave while she fights cancer. Many families made donations and/or had kids pie me in the face for $5. This added up to be over $1,000 dollars.

✏️ Take note, folks. Our upcoming events include our monthly meeting on Oct. 8 at Riverside; the Riverside Fun Run & Health Fair on Oct. 9 (more info on that soon); and Trunk or Treat on Oct. 16. It's gonna be a spooky fun October 🎃

There are many opportunities to help out at school. Whether helping in the classroom, at PTO events or chaperoning a field trip, we'd love your help.

To ensure that all adults who come in contact with your children are safe to do so, we run background checks on all volunteers. You can apply today to be a volunteer at the link below. Please note that it does take 48-96 hours for the process, so if you want to volunteer, apply early.
