Benefit Concert for Houston
Featuring Kate Taylor
On the evening of Saturday, September 23 CapeSpace Coffeehouse, in partnership with RavenDaisy Productions and Folk New England Founder Besty Siggins, will be hosting a special music event to benefit the victims of Hurricane Harvey. 

Our hearts go to out to those devastated by Harvey and we are grateful that wonderful performers and local businesses that are donating time, money and services to help produce this event to benefit the Houston Food Bank

We are thrilled to welcome popular local artist Jordan Renzi , followed by our feature, Kate Taylor the well known female member of the musical Taylor family, accompanied by accomplished musician Steve Mayone , and our emcee for the evening, Bob Weiser of WOMR’s The Old Songs’ Home radio show. 


Tickets are $50 and include entertainment, food, wine and beer. Come help our long distance neighbors and have fun doing it!

What is your name?  Melissa Bunis

What's your current job?  Owner of Boston Stone Restoration. 

What do you love most about it?    Fixing problems and making customers happy.

Now, you have the distinction of being a Virtual Client of Cape Space? How long have you been a member and can you describe what services you use? 
Since May of 2017. We use the address only currently, but are planning on adding a Sales rep to concentrate on building business on the Cape and the Islands.

How has being a virtual member helped you and your business? People like to work with local folks. Even though our headquarters isn’t on the Cape, they like to see that we have a local address.

When not working, what do you like to do?  Travel, cook and go to the beach!

Guilty Pleasure: What can you not live without?  Ice cream.

Favorite Movie?  When Harry Met Sally

Favorite Book? The Art of Racing in the Rain

Favorite TV Show?  Right now I am hooked on Game of Thrones.

What is one thing that you would like people to know about you?  I am actually pretty shy, but I try to be as outgoing as possible.

Dylan Steven of Saddleback Solutions will demonstrate how easy it is to make marketing videos to promote your business online. In this special workshop you will actually create a 30-second marketing video for your business and leave with a complete product ready for distribution. In the process you will learn how to:

Write an effective script
Shoot a professional-looking video with your phone
Edit your video using a free and simple-to-use web tool
Upload your completed video to YouTube and social media channels

Comedy Improv Night
with The New Classics Company

The New Classics is a popular local theater company that performs comedy improv, a form of theater that is unplanned and unscripted. Dialogue, actions, stories and characters are created spontaneously and collaboratively by the players with audience interaction. The New Classics are known for high energy, hilarious performances to sell-out crowds on Cape Cod.

Doors open at 7:00, show 7:30 – 9:00. Tickets $10. Coffee & dessert included. Advance tickets recommended as seating is limited. This is an alcohol-free event so all ages are welcome.
