Employers generally understand their obligations to accommodate employees with disabilities under the Americans with Disabilities Act and the California Fair Employment and Housing Act. However, many employers are faced with questions about what exactly they need to do to provide accommodations. Please join SEAC for a breakfast meeting designed to help employers with how to approach the interactive process, how to evaluate proposed accommodations, and how to implement or deny requested accommodations.
8:00 - 8:30AM - Registration and Breakfast
8:30 - 10:00AM - Meeting
The cost for members is $35 in advance, $40 at the door.
The cost for non-members is $50 in advance, $60 at the door.
SEAC is a not-for-profit employer advocacy group that helps educate employers about relevant employment issues and related legal concerns. BDR CEO Laurie Rood serves on the Board and a number of our clients are members and find the workshops and seminars very valuable.
