Benefits Enrollment

Benefits Enrollment for the 2025-2026 Plan Year is a week in! In the first week, 28% of employees have completed their benefits enrollment. We also have our first prize winners, with Mikayla Alvarez, Sharon Barney, Sherese Hicks and Paloma Sanchez all winning $75 gift cards.

Employees are encouraged to log in and verify or change their plan elections early to ensure time doesn't slip by! The deadline is Friday, May 9, at 11:59 p.m. All benefits elected during this period will be effective from July 1, 2025, to June 30, 2026.


Representatives from American Fidelity and the Pinal County Benefits and Wellbeing team will be available at various locations across the County, Monday through Friday during the entire Open Enrollment period, to assist employees and their loved ones with enrollment and to share details of the plans offered. To see when a representative might be in your area, click on the scheduler link below!


Please ensure your dependent information on record is accurate (legal name with social security, date of birth, and social security number), and if you need to add dependents, please bring or upload supporting documents for any dependents you intend to cover (marriage license, birth certificate, social security card).


Once again, there will be prize drawings for those who schedule appointments with American Fidelity Representatives in the first three weeks, with TEN $75 gift cards up for grabs! But wait, there's more: all employees who complete enrollment with an AFA representative will also be automatically entered to win one of the two grand prizes: a Yeti Hard Shell Cooler and an Apple Watch SE!

Pinal County is having a passive enrollment this plan year. That means that you do not have to log in and submit your elections. You may decide to allow your current elections to continue as they are.


However, please be aware of the following items if that is your choice:



  • If you do not complete the enrollment process actively, plans, including your FSA, HSA, Limited Purpose FSA, and Dependent Care Accounts, will not continue. This is due to IRS requirements that all participants actively enroll
  • The County cannot contribute funds to your FSA, HSA, or Limited Purpose HSA unless you elect these plans actively
  • If you have purchased additional life insurance policies, rate changes may occur due to age increases

If you prefer to self-enroll, please follow the instructions below, which include information on your PIN. Enter your Temporary PIN: Last four digits of your SSN and 8-digit date of birth: XXXXMMDDYYY. For example: 123401012000.
