November 17 - November 30, 2025

This is your opportunity to make changes to your benefits for the next plan year. This enrollment is ACTIVE, which means you MUST take action. Your current health, dental, vision, or HSA/FSA elections will NOT rollover into next year. If you do not re-elect health, dental, vision, or HSA/FSA, you will not have coverage or contributions in 2026. For your eligible dependents, you will be REQUIRED to provide proof, such as a marriage certificate, birth certificate, etc., for all new and existing dependents being added to your medical plan.

2026 Benefits Updates

The 2026 Benefits Guide with plan designs and pricing will be available via email and Paycom at the beginning of November
If your enrolled spouse is employed and has access to medical coverage through their own employer, you will be subject to the Working Spouse Surcharge.
All dependents will be independently verified by an eligibility audit conducted by IVerifyPro
Kaiser Permanente - Affordable HMO coverage will be expanded to additional California, Virginia, and Maryland locations
Disability limits have increased, providing greater income protection
Increased vision allowances, lens, and specialty options now offered through VSP
Medicare enrollment education and enrollment support now offered by Allsup
