Benefits Open Enrollment Now Open

November 6-19, 2023

Open Enrollment is now open for benefit-eligible employees. Be sure to login to Infor CloudSuite Global Human Resources (GHR) by November 19 to submit your benefit elections that take effect January 1, 2024. If you do not submit your elections during Open Enrollment, your benefits will end Dec. 31, 2023, and you will not be enrolled in benefits for 2024.

With the recent Infor FSM Implementation, things look a little different this year:

• GHR can be found within the Infor CloudSuite Application: Life & Career > Employee One Stop > Infor CloudSuite Application.

• Use this Step-by-step GHR Enrollment Guide to help guide you through the updated GHR screens.

NEW! - Profile Validation

Before you can complete your benefit elections in GHR you will need to review your personal information, including phone number, residential and/or mailing address, email address and emergency contact information. You can opt-in to receive text messages for future reminders about things like Open Enrollment!

Open Enrollment materials and resources are available at aspirus.org/totalrewards which provides access to materials outside of the Aspirus network.
